I had several issues with my installation. First, the fitters forgot to cut out the heating vent and had to come back. Then I noticed that there were marks in two places on the walls in both my bedroom and closet, looked like where the carpet had scraped. The company was very polite and helpful and I am sure they would have sent someone to deal with the marks but I didn't want to hang around for another day,so cleaned most of it off myself. Also, the join was very noticeable. I was told it would settle after two weeks but it still shows.
