Look all I can say is that, Joe the manager at the Danbury CT store made the difference in this project. The measuring company stood me up Twice! No call No show. I was furious and under a strict deadline. Joe took a personal stake in my project and went to bat for me. I was compensated with upgraded carpet and the measuring fee was returned. Special thanks to Donna and Stephanie. Sincerly, James Newtown Ct.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits to having new carpet installed?
Having a new carpet installed offers a number of advantages. Carpet is luxurious, comfortable, and offers warmth. Due to its plush nature, it also reduces noise. Carpet can even improve indoor air quality, as it traps dust and other airborne particles. In some cases, carpet may be a much more affordable flooring option for your home than hardwood or tile.
How should I clean new carpet?
To clean most carpet, simply vacuum it to remove loose debris like dust, dirt, and lint. To clean spills, spray carpet cleaner on a cloth and scrub the area clean. Blot the damp area with a dry cloth.
How much new carpet do I need to purchase?
Our experts in Fairfield County will measure your space in order to provide a custom estimate based on the specific carpet you choose. We provide a professional measurement starting at $50, which will be credited towards the cost of your carpet replacement project upon installation.
How long will the carpet last?
New carpet can last anywhere from 5-25 years, determined by how well you maintain it and how much traffic it gets. Our Sandy Hook professionals install high-quality carpet and padding to make certain your new floor enjoys a long life span.
How does the carpet installation service work?
