I was told it would be delivered in 5 days. That was in accurate it gets to the installer then I have to wait for an appointment, Seams in carpet are so noticeable and will buckle when walking into room. No one has returned my call from installer! I have left 2 messages

The scheduling process with Home Depot for initial measuring was ridiculous. Notes were added to my account that I was available ANY DAY AFTER 11:30. Apparently these notes are not read and every day I would get a text scheduling the appointment for 8:30 the next morning. You can only reply yes or no. I was told that I had to just wait and continue with the daily texts until the automated system hit upon an afternoon appointment. Finally, the measurer(Jason, I think) took pity on me and just came and measured. It is amazing that Home Depot can?t do better! All other aspects of this carpet purchase and installation were efficient and handled easily.
