Detail work on this project was not done to my satisfaction. I put in a call to have the install supervisor come out to discuss imperfections of the project. I will discuss these issues with him when he arrive in the morning. Installers rushed through this project. The supervisor in charge left before the job was completed and did not come back to check the installers work. The detail work on the wrap of the windows need to be fixed I felt pressured to sign off on the project without allowing me to check the work. The finance department was on the phone before I knew the project was finished. The windows should have been cleaned after the installation. There are sticky smudges I cannot get off the windows , I have tried windex , Dawn, and alcohol, smudges are still there. There were 2 installers doing nothing for an hour, they should have checked the windows and removed the smudges. This was not the experience I expected, hopefully the area supervisor will correct these issues. There is a small hole in one of the window screens . When a project is completed, customers should be able to survey the work with the installers. After that then asked to sign off on the project and speak to the finance department. I'll know better next time if I choose Homedot again

Our window installation could not have gone more smoothly. The installers called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. Within a few hours they had all 15 of our windows taken out and the new ones in place. They went back around in the afternoon and added the finishing touches. By 4pm they had completed a job that was supposed to take two days. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept their work areas very clean and noise to a minimum. Overall we are very happy with the installation.
