I have no problem with the original installation. The insurance covered the patching of the carpet because a stain could not be removed by chem dry. Patch below average, threads don't blend with the carpet. I know they can put carpet together than what was done. It is as though the patcher did not cut the patch to the point where it would blend and not show, on 2 sides. .
