The sales person that came out to our home to show us options and measure was very helpful that day, but impossible to get a hold of after. We were given 5 different install dates to install 2 windows. Three of those dates were cancelled the morning of the install. I had to request off those 3 days just to have no one show up. Then they scheduled us for a 2 day 2 afternoon dates, which the installer called and said he was broke down on the interstate, only to later find out the truck had broke down the week before, not that morning. Porsche, the scheduler, was always friendly and helpful. Her service was the only service we were pleased with. On the day of the actual installation, the 5th date, Bill and Marcus were the installers. They were nice guys, showed up on time that day, did great work. Our problem was not with them. It was the 4 other dates that were canceled. We took trim down, took curtains down, emptied our countertops, rolled up rugs multiple times only to be cancelled on. It was a huge inconvenience and we wished multiple times we had not used Home Depot. We are always upgrading our home. Already have our next project in the works and we will not be using Home Depot.
