Everything was great up until after the install. One of the shutters was measured wrong and it led to a huge issue. The installer was under the impression the employee who measured, would call and come back to re measure. The employee who measured had the opposite opinion. Thus, after 4 weeks of arguing, they finally came and re measured for the wrong shutter. It felt like they were more concerned with being right than the customer who needed their shutter installed. Thus, it took 8 weeks, almost two months for the final shutter to get installed after we already waited 5 weeks for the install of the original shutters. I would recommend re training on customer service and procedure if something goes wrong throughout the process. The installer was very nice and did a great job. The shutters came out beautiful when it was all said and done. Moreover, I would recommend them if everything is correct the first time. If you have to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, then forget about seeing that replacement for 2 months.

Our windows were installed by trusted workers with a lot of experience. The whole process was simple, the staff are all organized and efficient. Would use Home Depot again for any project.

Installers arrived 30 minutes before appointment window without notice. Installers did not pass city home inspection due to not taking required photos throughout the installation process. This led to me being asked by Home Depot to take pictures of the subfloor under the installed patio door, which is blocked by drop ceiling panels and insulation. I was unable to take the pictures, and am now awaiting scheduling of a second appointment for someone to remove the panels and insulation to take the photos, which is extra work being done to my home that wouldn't be necessary if the installers took the required photos in the first place. If they are unable to take these photos for the inspector, or the inspector doesn't approve of the photos, then I was told that the installers would need to come to my home a second time to remove the door they just installed, take the required photos for the inspection, and reinstall the door. This will require me to take additional time off of work and find alternate placement for my dog for that appointment.
