The installation was a nightmare. We were scheduled for 6/23 in the afternoon and were called at 2pm that day to say they had to cancel due to one of the installer's wife is in labor and both the driver and worker needed to leave for Conn. Our job won't not be done today and they weren't sure when it would be. We needed the installation to be done by 6/25 pm. After pleading with them, we were scheduled for 6/24 but not sure of a time. When I called at 3pm on 6/24, I was told there was mistake and the rug was never put on the truck so they wouldn't be installing today, they notified me at 5:30pm of this!!! Two days wasted from being off work and waiting for a rug which still hadn't arrived. on 6/25 at 6:30am I called and left a vm for them, hoping that the rug could be done today. They arrived at my home at 7:15 am but didn't notify me that they were coming. My mother is disabled and we needed time to get her up and out of her room as this was one of the room being carpeted. The installers were great though!!!! They waited and did get the job done.
