The workers showed up 1.5 hrs earlier than scheduled. As a result, I had not finished removing the bedding from the beds. They went right to work and were helpful in removing the bedding and moving the beds out of the room (which we had opted to pay for), but in this process my son's "blankie" got thrown out. After having his blanket for 13 years and travelled around the world, it was a disappointment that it got somehow thrown out in having our carpets changed in our own home. I did call the installation company and while they were sympathetic, no one offered to look in the company van or the trash dumpster.
