Over a Month to get the product. 1 week chasing the installer to find out he was on VAC 3 weeks to wait for the installer to come back from vacation. Called Home Depot many times, got transferred around from person to person wasting 30 minutes of my time everyday. No resolution to the problem even after talking to the Store Manager. I had to wait for the installer to come back from VAC as there is ONLY ONE INSTALLER!

Slow process. Poor quality of installation and sealants. Surrounding wood areas not replaced as discussed. Like the windows very much and supervisors very helpful.
