Poor quality and workmanship.............windows were measured wrong or the blinds were cut wrong. In the process of trying to have the blinds returned and having the installer take the blinds down. Have been in this process for over a week now without any promises from Home Depot.Have really been given the run around for something so simply that should only have taken a day to resolve.I am very upset with Home Depot at this point and may never purchase from them again unless this situation is resolved in the next day or two.............will not be paying my invoice until the problem is resolved to my satisfaction............Norman Bayer

From beginning to end, this window project was a very positive experience. The initial meeting with the sales consultant was completely void of any high-pressure sales tactics which is a key for me, especially when I know almost exactly what I want. Communication with Home Depot and the contractor performing the work was very seamless, and it helped keep me informed of the status of the project. The only negative about this experience is the windows took a few weeks longer than originally estimated due to a part shortage. Home Depot did a good job of communicating the status of the window delivery at every step, so that mitigated the issue to some degree. The contractors performing the work were a real pleasure to deal with. They were extremely professional and courteous, and made quick work of the install without sacrificing quality. In the end, I was able to get very nice windows professionally installed at a highly competitive price. I would certainly use Home Depot again for this type of work in the future.
