    Was told installation would occur between 1 and 5p on Friday and would be closer to 1p. Didn't know how much moving of furniture they would do so both took afternoon off from work. Never showed up or called until 7:30p. As it was a 5 hour+ job they said they would be back at noon the next day. Came at noon and finished a 5:30p
