    I would have come in earlier to get quote to have carpet installed had I been told it was going to take a week to get someone out and then 4 days to get the quote (that I had to call for because no one was calling me) so I could pay to get the ball rolling. And then we had to wait the full 7 business days to get installed. which we had to push back a day because of scheduling and having to take an entire day off work. When I first inquired about carpet I was told that it would be less than a week and that Saturday quotes and install were available. That is not the case by the install company and they let me know that its all in the small print. Your employees need to learn what services they are selling. and home depot need to take responsibility for that. The gentlemen that did the install were great and fast. That was the only thing that was good about this experience.
