I was told there would be 1 seam, it would be in a bedroom and it would not be visible. I can see 2 in my hall wall and on my stairs there are a lots of plastic strings. I have used Home Depot for another job and that was great. There was only 1 installer and took him a long time and did not come within the scheduled time.

When you schedule a costumer for a project please consider following through with that date. I was canceled 4 separate times throughout my carpet installation. I had to reach out to CFI to get my initial appointment. I was canceled the week before because someone ?broke their arm?. Rescheduled two weeks later. Get a call a week before that installation date and was told ?no one wants to go to work that day? exactly what was said. They wanted to schedule me a month later. I said no, and they were able to get me onto a Saturday a couple weeks later instead. Called me earlier in that week and said they could come Thursday. I said ok. I sat at my empty house from 8am till 12pm only for them to call me and say no one is coming. I said that?s unacceptable, but whatever just put me on my original date of Saturday. Then they had the audacity to tell me they already gave that date away and would schedule me a month from then. I had to call over ten different people at Home Depot and CFI. I had to climb the chain at CFI and be on hold for cumulative hours till I finally got someone who could do something and she put me on that Monday instead of a month away. They finally showed up on Monday and did they job. The crew themselves did great. The experience I had dealing with CFI and Home Depot trying to get my floor installed in a timely manner was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had with a company. I had to take several days off work and reschedule movers multiple times and had no hope anyone was going to show up to do a simple job that I already paid for. I can not reccomend using Home Depot to anyone for anything at all going forward. I would look into how they do things at CFI with the subcontractors because there was zero professionalism and zero customer service. No one was willing to help or do right by me when I wasn?t asking for much at all, just to have my carpet installed on the scheduled date.

It was a littte difficult because communication was not good because we went to the store and paid the for the process of the installment of carpet and plus had to check to see if a promotion was going on and was qualified for a promotion. so all went well just took time to get everything set up.
