Salesman gave inaccurate timeline, wrote order incorrectly which backed up delivery date; coordinator was uncommunicative, install manager was surly, I had to escalate to HQ who sent me BACK to install manager. IM gave me different time for delivery when it finally happened 12 weeks after sale (I was promised 4-8 weeks in writing and verbally) then harangued me about payment of balance multiple times both before and immediately after installation. Totally horrible experience with the exception of the actual contractor team who were excellent. Will never use HD installation again, will recommend to others that they do not.

More of a comment I believe there was or is a breakdown of communication between the department that handles the money and the associate who came out initially to do the consultation. Also I gotta call asking me why I did not want to go through with the project after I had spoke back with the associate saying that we are moving forward with this. That was sort of frustrating trying to explainTo the person calling which they had no clue. Too many departments not enough communication creates problems.
