Normally I do most work myself however they gave me such a good deal I felt I had to use their install. They get a quick and good job of installing my carpeting. There was a little problem with the pricing. However I visited customer service and they made it right.

Still missing the metal strip from both rooms, thinking about just coming back up to the store getting the material and doing it myself, to much trouble to have someone come out. I checked the contract and it is clear that i requested a gold colored type, I'm sure it was just simply missed
