Nice carpet. Poor customer services and coordination with install crew2. Carpet was to be installed in stair and family room. Both installs were to be coordinated for the same day. Install date was set, but only stair carpet was done - installer did not have family room carpet and customer service did not know what status of family room carpet was - got call later that day family room install was cancelled....seemed as though it was never ordered...no customer follow-up. Very disappointed.
