    I didn't receive a time window the day before as promised even after calling in twice, the installation was cancelled the morning of after waiting for two weeks and clearing my schedule for the day, and to top it off there are many niks and dings in my freshly painted walls. Still waiting a couple of weeks later for a resolution to that issue. Disappointed.
