Installers were fast and got through the job quickly. The problem is they cut corners to do it. They did not use tack strip on stairs under carpet and only stapled carpet to stair treads directly. This leaves unsightly gullies on each step and pulls out easily. Numerous areas where carpet was cut short of wall and has gaps near baseboards. Installers only used a knee kicker and did not properly stretch carpet which left some areas of rooms with carpet that not very tight on the tackstrip.
