From the salesperson to the installers, we were impressed. The salesperson took the time to present us with all of our options without pressuring us towards any particular product or the overall sale itself. Once under contract we were kept informed of every step in the process. Appointments were promptly kept. The installers were careful and respectful of our home, did a beautiful and thorough job and left the premises immaculate. The windows themselves are just what we expected and look terrific!
