Appointment was supposed to be in the morning and after they did not show I got moved to the afternoon making me take an entire day off work. They did not show up in the afternoon either and we had to reschedule for another day. No compensation to me, just out a days work. The person that did do the install did a great job and was very professional.

The Home Depot schedulers should talk to the installers before they state a specific arrival time. We received a call and an email from the scheduler who stated 8:30 a.m., but the installer called and said 10:30. It would be good if they worked together on actual arrival times.
