It seems like the window frames have a lot of scratches on them. Some are very noticeable and I?m not sure why and I have called in and put in a complaint but overall I think they did a good job seemed very rushed.

The only thing that could have been better was not having to reschedule several times because of things Home depit couldn't help. Totally understandable though because things happen. We are very pleased with the windows!!!!

The only thing I think for improvement would be to call the costumer a week or so before the day of installation. My example is I did not hear any news of the status of the install after the technician was here for measurements. A couple weeks before the install, I was getting nervous about rearranging the house, not because I was not willing to do it, but what if the new windows were not ready, or something on Home Depot’s end changed that I was not aware of. It would be nice to hear that the project was not forgotten and to hear that all is still good and proceeding as planned. Other than that, all went more smoothly than I expected. The entire process was smooth and easy, with ample opportunity for questions. All the people from the planner to the installers and the project lead were friendly, knowledgeable, and cared about our questions and concerns. All three of the installers were business, no non-sense but still personable, After every new window was installed, they showed us what it looked like and asked what we thought. Even when a screen got damaged, they pointed it out and took steps to make sure we knew a new screen will be sent for replacement. Very impressed with the whole process, especially the installers and installation. Thank you Home Depot.

We had a minor issue with the materials for trimming out the windows (my preferences), but, the installer had no issues with working to come up with a more suitable option ..get the materials, and proceed with the project. Between the project manager and the installer, (who both live several hours from my house),we got it lined out without any problems at all. In fact, they truly impressed me with their commitment to making sure I was satisfied. I'm gonna have to give a "great" recommendation for anyone consideration a window project.
