    Installers were 3 hours late. I never got a call from ACS that they were running behind schedule. They were at my house until 11:00pm. I lost an entire vacation day sitting around waiting for them. I would not have had to use a vacation. Beyond frustrated. I called Home Depot to complain and all they did was write me off. Horrible customer service from the flooring dept. They thought I was on hold but I wasn't. I overheard the flooring manager to tell me to "stop complaining". NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY CARPET AGAIN or ANY SERVICE from Home Dept. This is not an isolated case. I spent over $10,000 in the last 5 years carpeting my homes. Each installation was the same way. Horrible time management.
