My schedule was completely jerked around because the installation company has a horrible process. In today?s world they should not expect that people can drop everything at the installer?s whim. The day before the installation my appointed time changed from 1pm to 7am and then, when I complained they made it 10am to noon. BUT, the installer showed up at 9:30am. If the schedulers are that incompetent, then I am j likely to use Home Depot for carpet in the future. Installers need to change their scheduling process to give customers a solid time window (2-3 hours) at least 3-4 days in advance. Other home services can so it. Why not this outfit!
