Jud was my contact from Romanoff and he was fantastic. They were very professional and easy to work with. I am in the process of selling my home and I wanted to install a carpet that was good quality but did not break my budget. I found both.

Installation crew was nice enough and showed up when they said they would. However, after installation there were 4 or 5 locations on the carpet where it looked like the carpet was discollored. Opon further inspection the middle of each spot looks like either glue got on the carpet or the carpet fibers were singed by heat. Coincidentally the crew used a heat gun for the seam and each spot is located within a foot of the seam. The spots were pointed out to the installers, who called it a carpet defect and left. After HD called to inquire about the install, we told them about the problem. Within a few days we got a call from the install company stating they would send out a crew to inspect the work. The SAME GUYS who installed the carpet came out to inspect it. Big surprise, they said it was not an installation issue but a carpet defect and they would contact their boss to get new carpet in (why didn't this happen initially? Why was carpet installed in my house with a defect?). Still haven't heard from the company after a week.
