It would be helpful if Home Depot had sent all of the correct materials the first time around. The installer had to go back to the store multiple times for the correct items, so they lost multiple hours in getting the job done on time. It would also be helpful for the Home Depot to use reliable installers for these projects. USIG took 2 months to schedule the install, and then no one showed up the day of the install. I had to call and reach out for updates the entire time only to find out they didn't have anyone available to do the install.

For the money spent on kitchen backsplash project and 4 kitchen appliances being installed; the installation and installers did not do a professional install. Depot needs to look into getting better installers for their projects! Totally disappointed with what I?ve experienced!

The communication was very poor, resulting in multiple delays. When the installer showed up, he said he could not do what was contracted with Home Depot. We finally canceled the installation, and fould a local installer who did a fabulous job.

The men should introduce themselves. The workers should NOT be almost constantly on their phone. The workers should return the next day to complete the job, wipe down the tiles. It should be explained ahead of time that the workers are going to leave the electrical wires hanging out and will not reattach the outlet plates. The workers should make better cuts around the electrical outlets. If the workers use the customer's hose they should put it back and turn off the water
