I had flooring installed through a local furniture store and was very unhappy. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Switching to Home Depot Installation was a great move! They were on time, courteous, fast, and tidy! A supervisor stopped by during the installation to make sure all was well. I REALLY appreciate the great job they did for me!

Was very happy with the actual person who installed. He was quick and professional and did a great job. The carpet was a good price, and we used it in the entire house. However, I was disappointed at the time line to install. We ordered the 20th of December, and with Christmas, we new it would take a few weeks. We were told sometime around January 10th. We had to call the install company around January 10th to find the status of our carpet. They didn't know where it was, and finally called us back the next day to say they had it. Then it took them 2 more days to call us to schedule an appt to install, and the earliest they said they could get us in was February 1st. Fortunately by calling Home Depot, the installers suddenly had a cancellation for a day a few days later, or it would have taken a month and a half for carpet. It still took about a month. I am happy with the carpet, but wish their turnaround had been less, and that we didn't need to call them so that they were even aware of us.
