We literally cannot think of anything during this project that could have been improved! There were no delays. Everything went as scheduled. The shutters looked incredible with no damage at delivery or during installation. This was the one of the easiest purchase and installations we?ve experienced. The entire process of working with Rockwood Shutters through The Home Depot was exceptional. Genny, Rockwood?s design consultant came to our home with various samples and offered suggestions for our windows. She took rough measurements of each window and estimated the costs. After selection of the shutters we were put in contact with Aldrenna who was our concierge specialist and the go-to-contact throughout the entire project. She kept us informed of the shutters construction period and helped set appointments with the installer to pre-measure the windows and for final installation. She also sent us reminders and answered our questions along the process. Chris installed the shutters. He was very professional and courteous having no issues with the installation or sizing of the shutters; and explained everything he was doing during the process and cleaned up the areas after finishing so we didn?t know he was even there. The whole process was fantastic. Rockwood worked within our budget and installed quality shutters. We would use The Home Depot and Rockwood Shutters again with no hesitation.
