Overall, going through Home Depot for my windows was a pleasant experience. The individuals that came to my home were courtesy, helpful, and did a great job. My only negative thing was not knowing a time frame for each step of the process. I expected the installation would have been sooner from the time of placing my order.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between aluminum, vinyl, and wood window materials?
Aluminum window frames combine contemporary style with the ability to handle extreme temperatures. Vinyl window frames typically contain PVC, and combine water resistance, easy maintenance, and ultraviolet protection against the sun. Wooden window frames will not stick due to contraction and expansion. However, wood is harder to maintain, with susceptibility to both rot and weathering.
How many windows and doors can I have replaced by The Home Depot?
Our certified Salt Lake County window replacement specialists can replace one, a few, or all of the windows and doors in your home.
How long does it take to complete my window installation project?
The timing of a window replacement project depends on the number of windows you want to replace.
What is the best way to maintain my new windows?
Wipe the window frame with a soft cloth to remove loose debris. Clean the windowpane with a household glass cleaner and wipe thoroughly to remove streaks. Use a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt from the window screens. You can also remove the screens and wash them in warm, soapy water.
