When the person arrived to do the flooring, we walked through and went over everything, showed me where the seams would be and signed paperwork etc. I left to go to work thinking the job would be done, yet I get a call from his boss refusing to do the work due to pet stains. Why wasn?t that stated to me. I paid 2500 dollars for 2 rooms and stairs, with labor and haul away of old carpet. I drove after work to meet the boss and walked through and there was no evidence except one room that had large amounts of pet stains. I had to tear up and rip out and pay a company 600 dollars to haul away the carpet and the padding that I had to spend 4 hours doing and cleaning up for them to come back and do the carpets. In total cost me 3100 dollars for a job that I could have had a whole house done for. I am not satisfied at all. I wasn?t even told when the job was finally completed I had to reach out to them to find out if it was finished or not. Way to expensive, work isn?t done, I would never suggest my family or friends at all for these services due to this

This doesn?t have anything to do with the service specifically but I felt a little blindsided by Home Depot that there was going to be multiple pieces of carpet. So now we have carpet that have multiple seams across a small/medium room. This wasn?t disclosed to me when buying the carpet. I felt this should have been told before hand. We would have considered paying more for the service but now we are stuck with carpet with seams in the middle of our living room. This has nothing to do with the guy that installed the carpet but with the sales team at Home Depot or the service that Home Depot provides.
