very annoying. Clearly a vet clinic. Sent employee who is allergic to animals and then would not arrange for someone else to come that day. THis is a business and a lot had to be done to prepare for install. Canceled and hired local guy to do it, he got it done that day. VERY unhappy with process and lack of willingness to adapt on the day of install. Will not use home depot for this ever again (doing a lot of renovations and will find someone else to do it)

    Frequently Asked Questions

How soon after installation can I walk on my new carpet?
As soon as your new carpet is installed, you may walk on it.
Does The Home Depot offer carpet samples?
We provide a complimentary selection of carpet samples based on your preferences when you schedule your in-home measure online. Samples can be delivered directly to your house!
Do you offer carpet repair services in Andover, VT?
Our local carpet company can replace your old carpet with a high-quality, popular brand offered in a variety of patterns and textures to match your decor. They don't repair damaged carpet.
What happens during an in-home carpet measure?
Before ordering product, it's important to have a precise room measurement to avoid buying too much or too little. A professional measure technician will arrive at your house during the scheduled time to record the dimensions of the rooms where new carpet will be installed. Afterward, you'll receive an estimate for your project.
Which kind of carpet is best for my home?
Our Andover professionals will help you choose the best option for your space. Texture or twist carpet works great in every room, including bedrooms, family rooms, dens, basements, hallways, stairs, and offices. Patterned carpet is commonly installed in multiple rooms throughout the house, but it shouldn't be used in basements. Loop or berber carpet works well in basements, hallways, and on stairs. However, this carpet is not ideal if you have pets, as their claws can snag the carpet loops.
