My experience with Home Depot's installation process started off poorly as my initial installation date was canceled and it was frustrating trying to reschedule the installation with the business. Once employees were on scene to install the carpet, I was satisfied with their work and quality of the carpet itself. I may use Home Depot in the future but will have less patience with their scheduling.

The carpeting and eventual installation were good. There were issues with the scheduling and preparation of the product that caused two re-schedules. It was necessary for me to be home 3 times for a simple install. The installers and Home Depot spent a great deal of time blaming each other.
