The carpeting and eventual installation were good. There were issues with the scheduling and preparation of the product that caused two re-schedules. It was necessary for me to be home 3 times for a simple install. The installers and Home Depot spent a great deal of time blaming each other.

The installation went very well with two installers that knew what they were doing. They were very attentive to the little details, making sure all the edges were done right. The only problem I have with the whole process is the scheduling of the start time. Whoever schedules the time should do a better job. I had to wait 3-1/2 hours for the installers to arrive.
