We had a few issues with the purchasing of the carpet- after paying for it we found out that it wasn't even going to be produced for another month, thus making it 2 months from purchase to install date. This was significantly longer than what we were told. However, when I brought it up to my local Home Depot, they worked with me to find a solution that was acceptable to me. They made it work and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Once the appointment for installation was booked, everything went smooothly. The installers showed up on time, were courteous, and the carpet looks great! Overall we are very pleased. Thank you!
