Installers were to arrive between 8 and 10:00 AM and they arrived at 11:20 AM with no delay call. And they were constantly talking on their cell phones during the install. Also there was no communication on the carpet to tile transistion points....so there were no transistion strips installed.

installers showed up early (which is great) I was not waiting. I was a little upset when neither of the installers took there shoes off It was a snowy wet day. Then they proceeded to turn the heat up to 89 I could not even be in the house. They stated they needed to have it that hot for the stretching. If that is the case why do they not inform the customer this is needed. They worked very hard and when I pointed out problems they corrected them. This was a big job and they finished it in 1 day.
