Every associate that I came in contact with said "hi" and asked if I needed any help. As I was getting into my car after leaving the store the lot attendant offered a "have a nice evening" to me. When I walked into the store for the second time today, Katie in Customer Service recognized me and noticed that I returned. I also tried out my new RYOBI lawn trimmer and 20" lawn mower today and love them both! Good products at a good price!

I have bought Robin garden and yard equipment especially the weed wacker and have gotten it has a gift for someone and they love it Now they go to Home Depot, Aberdeen,md for their items for the home and yard

I received excellent customer service today from Francis and Andrew. These gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty. They made sure I was able to locate the items For installation of my washer and dryer. Great customer service from these gentlemen.

I received a pro coupon that only lasted for 6 days. I tried to purchase on the 8th day and asked if they'd honor the coupon and it was a flat NO. No help or support to try to work with me. I have a pro account and spend thousands of dollars. Why send me a coupon and have it only last for 6 days?!?! The pro desk couldn't have cared less

The Aberdeen location is one of the best locations I've been to. The employees really go above and beyond for anything our company may need. Drew and Susan are so wonderful and really make our jobs a lot easier.

2 dead light bulbs brought me to your Aberdeen MD store on a wintry Saturday. Customer service lady directed me to aisle 8 (I think it was aisle 8) and your 'Director Of EXIT Impressions" (checkout young man, Peter made my visit most memorable). I didn't catch the Customer Service desk ladies name, but Peter and I seemed to create some rapport in the 45 seconds it took to check me out. He was friendly, upbeat, sounded interested and clearly liked his position with Home Depot. Get Bernie Marcus on the phone and tell him about this guy (Peter). Btw am reading Bernie's book, you should too.

I love to walk into a store and find everything I need and it be where the internet says it would be. Awesome and knowledgeable staff.

I had just purchased firewood but was checking Home Depot's price. When I arrived, Matt Thompson greeted me at the door. There was also a female employee standing next to him that was just as friendly and did the same! I told him that I was checking the price of their firewood but had just purchased some. Mr. Thompson didn't just direct me to it, he actually took me to the location of the firewood, matched the price, so I bought more. He even loaded it in my SUV. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was looking for a gift for a family member and the employees at this store were amazing in helping me get the product I wanted and kept it in my price range!

I recently bought a Google Nest Learning Thermostat at the local Hone Depot. At the aisle display, a $75 "Instant Rebate" was mentioned. However, the check-out register knew nothing about it and the manager she called said that this came from a utility nad had to be applied for afterward. So, this is not instant and may not even be a rebate, since the store provided no instructions. A lesson learned -- don;t trust or believe Home Depot ads, at least when it comes to rebated.

The store manager makes a difference on the morale of the employees. Great morale of employees makes a great shopping experience because everyone is happy for the most part. Smile your manager is great. Hey, bring back those paint-a-longs.
