I have bought bags of Scott’s mulch during the sale. The Home Depot employees were courteous and did an excellent job loading all the bags into my vehicle. The mulch is of great quality and also looks great in my yard.

More and more lately we have been having great customer service at this location. David, Robin, and others have been really helpful lately.

I mainly go to HD to buy Ryobi tools and accessories, they have outlasted my Dewalt and Milwaukee tools by far (Saws and Drills) Also love the selection of other tools like painting prep tools and equip. Normally visit once a week or more and never leave empty handed. Not fond of the self check outs at all.

This is a awesome little store

Bought 30 bags of 80 lb concrete mix and asked for loading help, nobody showed until I was at the last 2 bags and it was the Store Manager! Another customer got help from 2 people at the same time and was gone in minutes while they watched me struggle alone. Absolutely pathetic, also not the 1st time this has happened. They also don't like to thank you for shopping with them or even acknowledge you are in the self checkout 90% of the time. Sounds like the Store Manager needs to work on training his associates customer service and how to help people.

Bought one several years ago that finally started to leak. Just bought the same machine again and they have made a couple of improvements. Definitely well worth the price. Quality product!

Everyone was very helpful and a employee named Richard gave me some advice about my propane tank and I didn't even ask him about it he was just nice enough to tell me. The customer service was great and I will definitely be going back.

I have visited this Home Depot several times since moving into my new home in Anderson. Employees are helpful. In fact, employees greet me as they walk around the store and ask if I need help. It’s a treat to shop here.

I walked in with a cane and through out the store trying to find the lumber I needed. No one asked if they could help me, wearing a Navy Hat and Vets-Helping-Vets T-shirt. Had to load my own cart. No one asked if they could help. At Checkout the cashier never asked if I was a Veteran (I am registered with Home Depot) or wanted my 10% discount. Dirty too!
