I was 8n and with the purchase of a new stove

I visited the Ankeny Home Depot two days in a row to complete my project to install a new disposal and kitchen faucet. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me exactly where the products were I needed including all required materials. Additionally, they offered helpful advice and friendly service ranging from the Return desk, to the floor staff, and to the check out person. Very productive and enjoyable visit.

The carpet and pad was of good quality. The install was quick and neat. Also very pleased with quality of the install of the carpet.

Home Depot has really stepped up their game on customer service at the Ankeny store. Great experience.

One of the cashiers today went above and beyond his regular job duties to ensure that we found a product that we needed for the job.

Store abusing old people with the walker that sitting on the chair, lied and younger ones that just hides from you

Took 3 visits but finally found product I wanted.

Chad and Matt helped me get the stuff I needed to get the job done. I got the tools and fasteners I needed cuz of them.

Went in to purchase 6x6x12 posts which are frustrating enough. Upon getting to check out I asked the manager Carlos to please open the roller door for me. He told me I wouldn’t need it as there were side doors. I told him there was carts in front of the doors he said no I’ll be fine deal with it. Coming from someone who doesn’t look like he worked a day of construction in his life he has some audacity telling me how to do my job. Being a pro who spends thousands of dollars at multiple locations weekly you would think the manager would treat me a little better. I think given my attire he thought I was some random labor. Where I come from you lead from the front and what he did was lead his team negatively

The staff at this location is 2nd to none. Misty at the pro desk check out is always helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Mel at customer service is a Ray of Sunshine! This home depot is a model of what all home improvement stores should strive to be.

Johnathan has to be the most friendly most helpful Home Depot employee I’ve ever met! I went to this Home Depot two days in a row. This employee helped me with two very different departments he took his time finding the best pieces of lumbar then helped with PVC glue. He’s an exceptional employee. 10/10 would get him in management!!!
