Picket St. Home Depot in Alexandria is typically a mess, out of stock of item and seldom someone around to assist. The Little River Turnpike Home Depot is always neat and clean, have the item in stock and customer service at the ready!!!

Ran in, skeptical that I could get in and out as quickly as I needed to but an employee escorted me to get everything I needed and get in and out in 10 minutes on a Saturday morning! It was hugely helpful to be able to knock that out and he went above and beyond in getting me in and out with everything I needed in 10 minutes.

The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help at this store!

The cashier whose name is Irania at the Garden center around 6:00pm on 06/08/22 was so unkind and grumpy.

Carol set up her own rules different than all other home depot. This is a busy store. It is shame home depot hired her as a manager. I have more to say in another receipt. Every time i visit THIS store, she showes me how to punish customer to make her own rule works. That is wrong!

They have changed their military discount process. If you aren’t pre-enrolled you won’t get the discount. No other option, just no discount at the register.

I was stock with the wrong paint and Estefania helped me by walking me to the right place such a great experience

This is my nearest Home Depot store; however, I sometimes use others, so I can say I have some basis for making the following observation. Apparently there are a lot of careless or benighted folks using this Little River store because the parking lots, curbs, and few green spaces are ALWAYS trashy.

I had a great experience at this store, will definitely come back here again!

My contractor just ordered a door in the store, he called me and i learned the order was incorrect. I’ve tried calling for 3 hours to get someone to help me and they just keep putting me on hold.

I needed 18 boxes of flooring (270 sqft). I was searching and a young man name Surf from another dept. stopped and asked if he could help me. He founded what I was looking for and helped me load it on a dolly. At checkout, Yeshi was so friendly, kind and really made me feel appreciated for shopping at Home Depot. A man outside Asked me if he could help load the 18 heavy boxes in my SUV. Superior service all around. And Home Depot never hassles me about my Military Discount, just checked my Military ID and rings up the sale. Saved $126.64 today at Home Depot!

When we had a misunderstanding about delivery of the 10 Andersen windows we ordered from the Annandale Home Depot , the managers went out of their way to accommodate our needs . We could not be happier about the entire experience .

I bought it one week ago and it was enough for my room

Only thing open was self checkout. It was a long process as only two stands were open. One was credit only. The line was to the end of the aisle when I left.

Do not step into this home depot unless you are ready for the challenge! (in the bad way!, you are warned)

If you need assistance at HD #4640 ask for ABDUL. He ensured I had the best HD shopping experience I've ever had. ABDUL is customer-focused and knows the store very well. And he is a good conversationalist and very thoughtful - he did all the heavy lifting of concrete and sand for me and did so with a smile.

They Service desk was very helpful when i gave the information. GENET took the time to find the product on the floor and more on the high shelf above. I helped another man shopping who also purchased one with my information and his measurments.

I had a very bad experience with one of the employees at check-out. He was rude and condescending and when I attempted to clarify my issue, he only offered excuses. The store is usually very clean, but there was a large amount of empty space on the shelves were I was shopping. I shop here on occasion due to its proximity to my house, however, when I need home supplies in the future, they will definitely not be bought at this store.
