I have purchased some white shelves and was very pleased with the quality of this product. The price was also better than the competitors.

If you need to buy new appliances make sure you visit the Arnold store when Walter Thurmond is working! His vast knowledge of appliances is second to none! He made it super easy to buy a new refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave!

Staff friendly and helpful

I’m pretty central to 3 different Home Depot locations and I will now always opt for this one. The staff makes the difference! They are immensely helpful and always available.

The employee at the paint counter was very friendly as well as the one in the nursery area.

I bought some kitchen cabinets at this location that I couldn’t find at any other stores. The customer service was great and they helped find everything I needed.

I just love going to this location. I refuse to go anywhere else! Everyone is always so nice and helpful!

I frequently visit the lawn and garden department. I want to thank Diane in the lawn and garden department for being so helpful and friendly. She definitely goes over and beyond to help customers.

I am a first time home owner, things constantly seem to break, and it can be frustrating and tiring; however, my experience today with Walter was amazing! He is the greatest salesman I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He ensured that the fridge I purchased was top quality for my price range. He is in his mid 90s and most people would’ve sent us on our way with receipt in hand to the front desk as we had some paperwork to deal with, not Walter. He walked us to the front of the store, made sure our discounts promised were applied, and gave us a firm handshake at the end. Things like this change my perspective on life. He made a frustrating situation into a pleasurable exchange.

I came into the store thinking that I would probably not find a couple of the items on my list but after asking for help I was able to get everything I needed!

Sean at the protest and Megan were to exceptional employees that made my experience much better. I had a horrible experience with Snyder which is the third-party delivery company from Depot but Sean and Megan knocked it out of the park and made my situation much better. I will definitely shop at that store again.

I love this Home Depot . The employees are always so friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience here . They have a great flower selection too . I love to garden and this store is close to my house . Very convenient.

I purchase a Weber Gas Grill. The gentleman that assisted me - Raymond - was quite cheerful about doing his job. He recruited the service of two other associates to load the grill into my truck. They did so enthusiastically. Everyone thanked me for my purchase and invited me to come back.

Purchased 30 bags at appx 40 # each. Older female cashier had to help me load and I am disabled. NO HELP, HIDE MALE EMPLOYEES, OLDER WOMEN AND DISABLED MAN CAN DO IT.

Dawn helped me purchase an item and got me through the credit and delivery process

Walter was excellent in helping us pick out a new washing machine. Explained all the pros and cons, warranty, etc. This man is 94 years old but could work a computer like a 20 year old. Polite, helpful, professional. Five Stars! If you need an appliance, ask for Walter!

Walter works in the appliance department in Home Depot in Arnold MO. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew what he was talking about. He explained the difference between different models of dishwashers. He was very helpful.

This is one store I been very happy with compare to the others I been in

I have not been in the store in a couple of years, but it looks the same as when I worked there. NOT GOOD!

Home Depot is the only store I go to when I need something. The Arnold store is great! All employees are so nice and knowledgeable.

Walked in to the area I needed to be. Tyson was right there to answer all my questions. He and Emily also found me a discount so I got a great price. Got to trust a place like that.
