Today we went appliance shopping and Nancy in the department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made this trip quick and easy and found us exactly what we were looking for.

Constantly going to the Home Depot for every need. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always there to help every detail I need! From the pro desk to customer service, I have yet to meet one employee that hasn’t been so kind and wonderful in my experience with the Home Depot! The store always has everything I need, and someone ready to help you meet your end goals!

Refreshing my yard these last six weeks and have been to this Home Depot a lot lately. I’ve had great service from Jenni in Garden Center, Carson and Mike in wood and Greg, cashier. Friendly, helpful and polite employees make Home Depot a better place!!!

Brought family to Home Depot to buy a number of items. Harris at the check out was so outstanding, he provided great customer service to my two boys (age 5 and 3). He went above and beyond and was so friendly. He created life long Fans in Home Depot and his excellent service should be applauded. Thank you Harris!

I attend this workshop with my kid in Chicago and Atalanta as well, the unique thing about this was Randy, Mary and Sharon who were available all the time and helped with paint, brush and guidance in completing the bird house

Love that they don't have all their spray paints locked up so you can grab what you need without having to track someone down to hold your hand while you pick out what you need

Appreciate this Home Depot staff. They don't make you feel like you have a shortcoming if you own a house but don't know how to fix something, nor know what tool I need. Great store. Kris in the Grout and Sealer aisle... great, pleasant and knowledgeable guy.

I purchased hot water heater installation parts. All needed parts were available where the heaters were located. So SMART ON SOMEBODY'S PART.

I used my App on my phone & thought I had what I needed, complete with "aisle & bin" but turned out to be the wrong material/item. After not finding what I needed, I happened to ask this nice, friendly blonde lady & showed her a sample of what I cut from the old material from my house. She immediately told me the correct aisle & bin where I found EXACTLY what I needed. This girl/woman is a HUGE ASSET to Home Depot...DO NOT EVER LET HER RETIRE!

I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I went to the cashier area where several employees were standing around talking. I interrupted there conversation to ask where the products were I was looking for. I was given aisle numbers. Needless to say just an aisle numbr is no good is a warehouse type store. What I needed was for an knowledgeable person who would take me to the product. I returned to the group of employees talking among themselves and interrupted them, saying I can’t find what I need with just aisle numbers. I need an employee to take me to the aisle and bin where the product is. One of the group found an employee who knew where everything is. Needless to say he was very busy helping many other customers He took me right to the products I needed. Too bad he’s the only one who knows the inventory.

We have always enjoyed the assistance provided during our interactions with the employees. A very nice shopping experience at the Arrowhead HD!

I have rented various items from the rental area. All my experiences have been GREAT! Helpful, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond to help. They ask questions and provide their suggestions based on the customer’s needs.

• Rheem Performance Plus 50 gal gas water heater failed & flooded late @ night • Austin Pischner arranged for us to deliver old water heater after hours & manage warranty refund • Bought new replacement, turned out to be immediately defective • Afterhours staff Beto arranged for us to pick up 2nd new water heater after hours • Austin Pischner assisted us w/ offsetting extra labor/parts cost due to 2nd failed water heater • All working well now - thanks a million Austin & Beto, you guys rock!

I bought a dishwasher, installation and haul away from the Arrowhead Home Depot. My dishwasher was delivered, but the delivery service had no record of an install. Call the store, spoke to the person who sold me the machine. She very rudely told me she had a customer in front of her and couldn't help me. She said she'd call me back an hour ago. Not happy! Customer Service is horrible.

Nancy H. was so helpful in choosing the common color, platinum silver refrigerator. I needed a new refrigerator since the neighborhood flickering power outage 2 weeks ago. Thanks Glendale city now I have to buy an expensive new refrigerator. She advised the higher the number for each date she showed us the better the chances are be delivered that day. Just annoying that not 1 refrigerator per product is in stock at the store. Now I have to wait 2 annoying weeks for delivery.
