I don`t normally leave reviews but this experience merits this review...My spouse and I came in to look at a replacement Natural Gas Grill. We had the privilege of being assisted by Ron who came over from the garden center. Ron was very patient, friendly, professional, Ron had in depth knowledge on all the product and services we disused it has been a very long time since we have encountered a person at any retailer with the level of service Ron provided. We will be purchasing the Weber Genesis Grill

After checking out and left the, i stood in front of the door to grab some wipes to wipe off the dirt on the bow of the plant and while I was doing that, someone walked up to me from outside to ask “if I had paid for the plant” I asked him what kind of question that was and he kept asking if I had paid for it and began to ask for my receipt. He continued to walk inside the store pointing at us; to ask the associate at the customer service and returns if we had paid. This happened cos we’re BLACK Some white Man passed by while all this was going on and none of the associates asked him for a receipt! Mind u, I live 5 minutes away from this store and come here very often but no one had ever asked me for a receipt after checking. The associates who did this was white and his name which I later found out is Chris. The guy who claimed to be the mgr in charge at no point apologized for what had happened!

I visit this store regularly and usually have a good experience! Although it may be harder to find help from time to time, things are usually in stock and front staff are helpful.

Exceptional staff, from top down, this location is by far the most attentive and nicest people always available to help you, no going up and down aisles trying to find help and when yo do they're always ready and willing to help. Great shopping experience, please keep up the good work.

I usually shop at Reston Home Depot branch, but lately made several purchases at Ashburn store. I love this store! Friendly people and great place to buy everything for home.

I love Home Depot stores! Ashburn store one of my vavorite. Very organized, employees can always help very professionally. You can find everything what you need for your home!

While looking for an item, we spoke to four different sales associates. The answers they gave us in response to finding our item were vague and pretty much made it clear they did not really want to bother. Another associate gave us incorrect information on the location of the item because he did not listen to my description of the product I was searching even though the website states it is clearly in the store. We were also ignored while trying to return an item and just eventually decided eating the cost of the item was better than wasting our time in a line where no associate cared to acknowledge customers. With other locations nearby, I would definitely choose a different store.

Two merchants standout as being the "Best", Home Depot and Chic-Fil-A. Both have knowledgeable, polite, and customer centric empliyees, all employees.

best store for helpful workers to find what you need! very friendly and well behaved dogs are allowed in.

This store is awesome. Great place to shop. People are friendly and the stored is stocked to the hilt.

If you need a washer and dryer see Jim at this store it was so refreshing to have someone knowledgeable about what he was selling and not at all pushy!

If you are looking to complete a project even if your an amateur. This location has an employee who will help you from beginning to end and his name Alexander Golden. Came in doubtful I would receive full service. I left a believer that good service still exists!

Bought a dishwasher. Delivery service (Rodriguez Delivery Sevice) totally awful. We had to refuse the delivery and installation due to the personal attitude of the delivery guy. He refuse to do the full installation Sevice allegedly because there’s a water leak under the sink, which wasn’t true. The store appliance representative just believed the report from the installer and treat us poorly, after wichwe decided to just return the appliance and ask for money refund. Is is sad that Homedepot just end up loosing money due to employees bad service

Especially appreciate how associates at the Customer Service desk are helpful and friendly in providing information on needed products and the products locations in the store. Also grateful for the very experienced associates in flooring, electrical and tools who have provided great assistance in describing installation requirements for projects using products from their departments.

I've had several very positive experiences at the Ashburn Home Depot. I was told about a unique new product called Zabitat, an alternative to installing a new exterior door, Zabitat remodels your existing door. I also had a very good experience with ordering custom window product. William was extremely helpful in working with me and ensuring my pleated shades met my requirements. Great job. I also stopped by this store on several occasions to support a residential property listing in the area (I'm a realtor) and found the staff really helpful in many departments.
