Even though I live in Smyrna I prefer shopping at the Austell Home Depot. Employees are very friendly and happy to help. There is always someone that can assist you! And today I was at self checkout but Joydine was more than glad to assist me in checking out and was a very pleasant person. Austell Home Depot is my store of choice even if I drive a little further.

The manager Kevin assisted me personally. He was courteous and attentive to my needs. I told him the project and he made sure I had all the supplies and tools needed.

I appreciate this store and the workers very much for their knowledge and helpfulness. Special thanks to Juliana for always being kind every time I come in to shop.

The ladies at the customer service desk are wonderful and helpful.

The store was clean and more importantly the staff was extremely helpfull.

We looked at several stores that day and didn't expect to make a purchase. However, Susan was so helpful and informative and the appliances were exactly what we needed. We were able to set up a credit card and buy the appliances we needed that day for our new house. This will be my go to store from now on.

the assistant manager Robert got on the walkie and asked David to come assist me in the paint department AFTER the store had closed! That's incredible customer assistance! It was sunday night, the store had closed and I was still in the store. They could have told me the store was closed but they stayed and helped me. I was the last customer in the building, but they showed me that I was important! I thank you Robert and David at #1749 sincerely, Mike Barber

Kim, Felicia (sp? Customer service manager), and Jermaine (store manger) are very professional and helped clarify an expectation that was misguided from a previous store regarding a clearance item.

Store clerks in customer service needs training on being friendly, attitude, demeanor and helpfulness. Clerk I had wasn’t knowledgeable and therefore nor helpful. Store has inconsistent VA discount policy. I attempted to buy a kitchen sink and left the store without it or knowing why I couldn’t buy it and receive my VA discount; especially since I was given the discount on all my other items. Worse visit to this store ever.

The store for cluttered and dirty. The aisles were cluttered with items that had fallen from the shelves and no one has bothered to pick up. The store was very unorganized and poorly stocked. There were plenty of employees, but no one bothered to help me. Many were on their phones or chatting/flirting with other employees.

My favorite place to store. I have been shopping here for over ten years and counting.

The paint employees are always helpful and friendly. They have a good eye for color and know what will work best for your need based on description provided.

This store is clean and great customer service. My only issue is parking since it’s kind of small but that’s not on the store at all.

I think the store does fine on the majority of things. The parking lot is terrible as is the exit leaving the store. I recommend because it is a 15 minute drive to the next closest store.

They accost paying customers. Never ever shopping here again.

Bought wheat straw and then had to wait 30 minutes for someone to unlock the trailer and that person had to call someone else. I looked at my phone when the lady showed up and the the time on the receipt and I was even a little surprised that it took that long. I also asked an employee about getting the straw and he told me I would have to go back to the customer service desk and get them to send someone. Wheat straw is the same price at all the stores so my money will go to where I get customer service.

This store has the worst employee service. You are not greeted nor is the store employees willing to aid you in your search. The product of light bulbs of the safe size are not arranged so I could find the bulb I needed. 2 employees said "If YOU don't see it, we Don't have it!" This store is very dim.

Austell Home Depot never has utility carts in the store and you have to walk outside to the parking to find a cart. They should have carts inside in the lumber isle, sheetrock isle, etc for easy pick up. Some of their staff lacks basic knowledge of the items in the store. I probably know more about the home depot that the majority of the employees.

Was surprised to see the store permits 4 leg furry friends. I am not anti animals but it was a bit disconcerting to see so many animals as I tried to shop.

When I need to make an appliance purchase, or new counter tops for the kitchen, I go to this location because of the quality the employees that work in that section of the store. Specifically, Jennifer. She not only remembers past customers, she makes every effort to find deals, rebates, or whatever might be necessary to complete your purchase. I think I have learned a life lesson.. I will not buy from an appliance from any Home Depot store unless I see her.

The appliance area is no place to go, we could not find anyone to help with a microwave purchase. Another store got our purchase!
