VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ASSISTANT MANAGER NAMED ANGELA. SHE IS A VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECFULL WOMAN THAT NEED TO BE WELL TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM HER POSITION. SHE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES OR NEITHER CUSTOMERS. NOT FRIENDLY OR HELFUL AT ALL. DID NOT HELPED US OR LET SOMEELSE HELP US WITH THE ITEM WE WERE LOOKING FOR. EMPLOYEES ARE THE FACE THE COMPANY AND THIS WOMAN IS LEAVING YOU AS A VERY BAD COMPANY WITH HER BAD ATTITUDE. SHE TALKS TO EMPLOYEES VERY BAD IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.(THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE) AND IN ADDITIONS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO YOUR CLIENTS) SAD YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE HER WORKING FOR YOU. :(

Great store with fast checkout - good help with staff on the floor for my questions

The store is close to where I live. I shop other stores but sometimes Home Depot has something the other stores don’t carry. I always love a garden department. My cashier Donna Maria.

The customer service experience has declined over the past year or so, because majority of the employees focus more on a specific customer base (race) than other customers.

The management customer service is horrible! They don’t care about the customers at all! They have a manager that is very disrespectful and doesn’t deserve to be in leadership and corporate does nothing about it.

Store Mgr. Justin is AWESOME! Helped me find a solution to a problem I had. Way to go! Clean store and everyone is friendly.

Jason (asst mgr), Tina (major appliances) & his entire crew are SPECTACULAR !!! Really went above & beyond to correct a delayed fridge manufacturer online delivery into a very satisfying & positive experience! Even saving me $$ -- yowza !! I was amazed!! These peeps ROCK !! This advice isn't so much toward the store but more about the parking area. There's many damaged ares once your at the Home Depot. The drive in this shopping vicinity is difficult and has too many holes in the concrete grounds. This place is in need of repairs.

Had good experience customer service was good, store was clean.

Other than requiring face mask due to COVID-19. This merchant has zero preventative measures in place. No sanitizer or disinfectants by the main entrance. They offer it for sale in gallons quantities.

Nice Store!

Home Depot has hired a new group of people that i find to be most helpful. The shelves are stocked with plenty of supplies. If I had one complaint, it would be to have a different placement for the ladders, sometimes they clutter the isles.

Staff was very helpful, friendly faces, willing to help you, constantly kept asking customers if they needed help. They have a manager by the name of Jason who went beyond on customer service. My husband and I went looking for shelves that showed to be on hand and they weren’t. Mr. Jason was very helpful at helping us with other shelves. It’s hard to find staff/ managers who actually go beyond for customers these days. Will Mr. Jason did an amazing job at helping us out, and giving out 100% customer service satisfaction. I would love to have employees like him work for me. Mr. Jason deserves a very good raise. God bless him for his good deeds.

I was @ This Home Depot location I was in and out...., I found everything I went to get in stock., My cashier experience was excellent I used the self-Check out counter . Went in one way came out the other , they have it set up 4 safe social distancing and I definitely recommend the store with five stars I'll go again employees are willing to assist if necessary.

If you can locate a store employee, they are usually more helpful than the vendor

Convenient location, clean store, and friendly, helpful employees.

I hope that this store becomes more alert at their workers who spend more time on their phone and unable to work with the customers. Especially, in the parking lot.

I find that the employees at the Balch Springs store are much more helpful , friendler attitudes... Than the larger store at Town East......

Great job Kays from the plumbing area. You helped me complete my grandson's baseball project this morning and it turned out great. This is the guy to see if you need and assistance. He's very knowledgeable and very helpful.

As long as the store have employees like the one guy that would not help me I would not recommend this store to no one else. I have always had a pleasant experience at this store until 01-07-2020 when I ran into an employee not willing to help me with a generator that I ended up buying anyway due to no other stores having in stock the generator. I had a generator stolen off of my job site and was in need of a generator. I spent $1227.48 for a generator the best one the store carried. The employee treated me as though I was going to steal a heavy generator that took two people to load on a cart, and refused to unlock the bars covering the generators. I had to ask for a manager before I got any help.

Since I've been staying in my house for over 20 years, I shop at Home Depot. I have purchased all my appliances, really everything. If I need to know something some one is always there to explain to me on how to do it.

The people were great, the store is clean, the only problem, the garden center was closed, I had to enter in the middle entrance, do my shopping in the garden area and go to the other end of the store for check out. Good fortune smiled and "Kathy" caught me in the returns section and took care of my needs. I am not sure why this store only have check out on the far end of the store, design flaw, store is good.
