Quick and efficient and cost effective

I needed to get 3 big bags of pine bark nuggets but I had my big german shepherd puppy with me and didn't know how I would push the cart and manage her too so I asked a young employee cleaning up in the garden area to help me. He didn't hesitate. He said "I sure can". A lady at the register heard our conversation and offered to check me out while he was getting my mulch. I was done and ready for him when he came with my order. It was a quick and efficient transaction. I will remember their kindness and work ethic.

While checking out I found your procedure for using a military discount had been changed. The cashier gave me a paper to sign up. While I was entering my information, she continued to serve customers. Then I needed some help and she readily knew the answers. She helped me and kept people behind me quickly serviced. I was relieved that I was not holding up other customers.

Philip at this Home Depot in Greensboro provided exceptional customer service. He took an unusual difficult situation and turned it into a opportunity to provide superior customer service. He’s a one in a million employee.

I have great appreciation for Alpa and Elizabeth. They were extremely helpful and understanding of my concerns. They assisted me in resolving my issues and were very patient during the process.

Usually there no one to assist me but this time there was and that's what makes it a good exprience.

Return cashier had an attitude for no apparent reason, me and wife both seen her role her eyes..

The staff member “Phillip” at the battleground greensboro nc location is always extremely helpful, friendly and knows his stock. He also makes it a point to greet me when he sees me in the store.

Asked for assistance in the garden section 3 employees walked past one said she needed to be a a register in Garden , second walked past no acknowledgment. Went to customer service asked for help returned to garden section 3rd person walked past. Totally unacceptable

I've been using this store for years & years and am always made to feel like a friend - rather than just a customer -

We had a list of products to pick up and found everything we were looking for. We also spent some time in the garden area because it was so lush, like a forest or jungle.

We visit this store often for all our recent projects. The staff is friendly, very helpful and professional. This Home Depot seems to have more selections than other stores in the area.

Rare to not find exactly what I'm looking for, always a pleasant shopping experience

Rosetta was so very helpful and friendly not to mention patient as I has alot of returns with no receipt.

Was able to get great help in the electrical dept. Needed a ballast, didn't realize or consider that I also needed a couple more things to fix my light. Thankfully the man in that dept asked me a few questions and I got everything I needed, on Christmas Eve and fixed my overhead light in the kitchen before guests came. Had power outage the day before that damaged the ballast.

Shopped there for years. Helpful and informed customer service.
