Great product, easy to handle to complete my project within a few hours

For the past year I have found that the employees at the Beaumont store have no concern to help you. On today's visit I asked an employee working in hardware for a wire hanger to hang a picture, and he told me to look in Garden. This is what I have to come to expect from this store and the employees. The best store that I have been to for customer friendliness and service has been Hutto Texas.

They stock a lot of Milwaukee tools and storage and items we use on a daily basis, Kim K is awesome , if you see her she is very knowledgeable

If your in this store ask for Wayne he's the most knowledgeable worker there.

I was truly appreciative of the Home Depot discounts available to all veterans that sign up online. Veterans, disabled veterans of which I am can save valuable money on purchases.

We went in to buy a full length mirror. An associate had to climb up the ladder to get them down but their online count was right on. We got our mirror even though not on the self it was up top and the associate Joseph was a super helpful and friendly. Thanks Joseph!

John the manager is horrible tried to make me feel as if I couldn’t read pricing. If the pricing was placed better and more floor assistance, I would have made a better decision on purchasing.

Vicki was exceptional in customer service in the paint department

After hearing horror stories about kitchen appliance low stock items. Sierra B. was very helpful and a pleasure to work with in purchasing our new kitchen appliance package.

i just love shooping at homedepot it makes my day love going there.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a vinyl flooring that closely matches the flooring that I already have in my home at The Home Depot. the quality seems great, and I didn't have to run all over town to find what I was looking for.

We do like shopping here but sometimes its hard to find people to help with appliances. Kim from paints department was great and help us.

"Avoid writing about customer service" yeah because you know your store doesn't have any. This store refuses to deliver - they are happy to take your money and then cancel the scheduled delivery in the middle of the night prior to the delivery. This happened twice and when you call you can't get anyone on the phone for an hour. When they finally answer they pick up with "Yo". Checkout line was over 4 people long with large orders. 3 women standing at the registers just watching and talking while another woman actually worked, checking people out - of course this is just the horrible lack of work ethic in the US these days so sadly, this is typical. This store needs an overhaul in staffing and management. Yeah - yo, do your f-ing jobs.

Sandra A was very informative and friendly, she worked at the self checkout. She was the only employee that great us and helped us locate the think we needed

Plenty of staff available but they seem to run and hide when you want to ask a question. You will see two to three on an isle but when you want to ask a question regarding a product they take off in the opposite direction.

I worked with a customer service representative named Erica today and found her to be kind and patient while I fumbled through using multiple gift cards including calling to get the pin numbers for all of them. She made it possible for me to buy the product that I needed through her patience. Erica demonstrated great customer service during my visit today!

Mrs. Marianne in the Appliances department was AMAZING!! She was very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. She had us in and out without a lot of fuss, while still answering all of our questions, and making sure we were comfortable with our order. I'm not usually one to leave reviews if they aren't bad, but she was absolutely amazing, and as someone who has been in retail for 10+ years, wanted to make sure that she was recognized for her outstanding customer service. I will definitely be going back to see her for any future needs we may have. As far as the rest of the store, every associate we passed or saw assisting other customers were friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were helping assist with. The store was clean, and appeared well stocked. They will definitely be getting more of my business in the future.

Go to the Orange, Texas store. The employee's at that location are helpful and kind. The Beaumont store is horrible!!

Great shopping experience

Already our checkout was taking too long because multiple were called to find out why two garden chairs wouldn’t scan. (Ended up being not for sale due to a recall.). Then, the cashier overcharged us for 15 plants instead of 4, and the response was to send me, the customer, down to returns to fix the cashier’s error. No effort was made to try and fix this for us, and the Returns desk had a miserable attitude - no apologies, no “thanks for your business”, no “have a good night”

I love Home Depot especially the Garden Center.

Instead of buying a $3600 mower here, I went elsewhere, as in, Lowe’s, to buy one because customer service at this Home Depot is awful. Employees cursing with coworkers about other customers and just being plain unprofessional, which greatly deterred my interest. Hopefully it gets better.
