I bought the best fridge - GE Profile french door, four door with all the options including freezer on the bottom. Sales woman helped me find and ordered it through GE Factory website, not a floor model. So helpful. Love the new fridge.

I shop here regularly, and the shelves are well-stocked, the staff friendly and quick to help, and the level of competence is far above most other hardware stores I go to.

Nic and Vernon were exceptional in helping us find a replacement for our old microwave. They spent a lot of time searching for the perfect replacement and they saved us $$$$. We had an enjoyable experience and left with smiles on our faces.

If you need an appliance, go see Barbara. She is excellent and knowledgeable.

I was in need of a refrigerator for a rental unit I own and within minutes of arriving in that dept - a staff member came up asking if I needed help ! He was knowledgeable and helpful and couldn’t have been better .check out lady was terrific too Refrigerator problem .. Solved !!

My favorite Home Depot location. This store has friendly people who are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well organized and clean.

My mother-in-law and I came for a shovel and to look at electric mowers. We found both that we were happy with and when got the self-checkout line, the associate there was able to help and informed us of savings that we were not aware of. We ended up saving $100! So glad she approached us before I paid full-price without knowing better.

As I was paying (with credit card), without asking me, the cashier bypassed and/or cleared the option for me to receive an email copy of my receipt. This happens frequently at Home Depot, and it drives me up a wall!

I came here specifically for a desalt table saw they had in stock. I drove from Marble Falls and everyone here was amazing helping me to locate this saw . They went above and beyond to help me and they did locate it and I was able to purchase . I am very happy and I help right away to help me load . It was a great experience. Got into a hassle trying to use our military ID card for a discount. We were told new rules say you now have to fill out an app before you can receive the discount. Of course once you fill that out you will probably get lots of advertisements.

They have a beautiful Garden Center, spring time is my favorite!

Purchased a Samsung French Door Refrigerator, HD offered a great deal - best price I found. It was delivered on the date and within the timeframe promised. The delivery team was by far the best. This was one of the most pleasant experiences from purchase to delivery!

Not being able to find the Ryobi tools I needed, I was about to leave. But Paula saved the day, searched the tools, got them priced correctly and the divided the order so the one tool not in inventory could be sent separately. The process took half an hour, but HD made a sale, I got the needed tools, and my long round trip from Johnson City to Bee Cave was fruitful. It would have been wasted but for Paula!
