I only had to show Tom a picture of my sink problem and within minutes he had found the parts I needed and provided perfect instruction on how to make the repair, including remembering plumber's puddy. With no prior knowledge or skill, I went home and made the necessary repair... see before and after photos. Thank you Tom. Throughout the year 2022 I have visited this store over 100 times. From refrigerators to washers and dryers and everything else you could imagine in between. I have satisfied my inner soul, my core and my family throughout the journeys that I have taken up Washington Road to see, here and experience the camaraderie between your store employees and a transplant survivor. If my car broke down I would run to your store just to see the employees while buying what my family and our house needs to survive. From management to lawn and garden, customer service, to the people who load mulch and most importantly The honesty that comes from their lips. Thank you

For a smaller Home Depot they carry a lot of items

Kiara was the customer service associate that helped me in picking up my online order and checking out items in mt cart. She could not have done enough to ensure my items made it home completely intact and safe form damage. Her professionalism, friendliness and sincere happiness to assist me was absolutely incredible. Kudos Kiara!

I used to have trouble getting my Veteran discount but haven't had trouble with the new system.

I have a Clopay garage door & wanted to paint trim around it to match the door color. The door was ordered & installed by a contractor so I didn't have any paperwork on the door. So I called Clopay & provided them with the serial number of the door. With that they were able to not only provide the name of the color, but also a code to be used by Home Depot to create a a quart of an exactly matched paint. So win for me due to both Clopay, Home Depot & Antonino in the paint department of my local Home Depot

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location for years. This is the first time I've had a less than satisfactory experience, owing to the surprising disinterest of the manager, SEAN, in addressing a politeness issue regarding an employee.

I buy a lot of things for my yard, flowers etc… always have the best variety and the price is always wonderful

I had some returns from a large project I was working on and the register clerk Linda made the experience terrific. I was there at 6:45 AM and she was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She even made sure that I understood what was being returned and how I would get refunded as I had some issues finding my receipts. She genuinely cared about the service she was providing. High Five Linda!!

Mike in plumbing was extremely helpful and helped us in the electrical department. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed!!!

We are here at least weekly to buy tools, supplies or to arrange for you to do projects for us. Our latest is a having you install a new kitchen countertop and faucet. Our designer Jasmine was VERY helpful and patient with us. We cannot wait for you to complete project so we can move on to next one. We have hade a number of counter tops installed alo garage doors and entry doors all done correctly and timely.

I went to this Home Depot to get a new refrigerator for my family home. We had such an old and run down refrigerator that I was so glad to get a replacement! We went there and were met with such a clean and organized store, we found exactly what we needed in a short amount of time. We also had the help of a wonderful salesman named Frank. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We got what we wanted and left in an even better mood than we came in. My wife and I were so glad we got someone so helpful and kind to find us the refrigerator that we had wanted.

Bethel Park Home Depot has always been a good experience with respect to customer satisfaction, professional treatment along with satisfying the needs of what my current project is about. Go there with an open mind, search for things that you can utilize on multiple projects so that you can appreciate the experience of going.

I HAVE HAD BETHEL PARK HOME DEPOT CUT ABOUT 500 BASES FOR OUR VETERANS AND THE GENTLEMAN MAKES ASCERTAIN THEY ARE PERFECT ON EVERY CUT. i BELIEVE HIS NAME IS NICK.A TREMENDOUS EMPLOYEE WHO DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH FOR HIS DEDICATION TO HELP ANYONE.

These clerks were amazing. My Acura remote battery needed to be replaced. They quickly found the size battery, replaced the old one, checked me out and I was in my way. They were great. I will look for them the next time I am in Home Depot.

Treated top shelf and am receiving my new clothes dryer much sooner than one would expect.

On my visit tonight I had a return and needed to buy a few things. Michael in the returns department was awesome. He handled an issue with an online return I had in a timely manner and also made an effort to get to know me as a person, which I truly appreciate. As I was looking for a few things in the store, a worker on the floor asked if I needed help and he promptly found what I needed and answered my questions. If you need anything, the employees here go above and beyond. I highly recommend this store!

We had a great experience at this Home Depot. Josh helped us every step of the way.. He was the best employee fast , efficient. He really knows his stuff ! Total satisfaction ! Hopefully, my Samsong gas range will be as good. Fingers crossed. :)

I needed help purchasing the correct lamp, shade and bulb! All 3 products were amazing! I also purchased and 7.6 X 9.6 rug and it was wonderful. The store was able to fit my needs very well.

We recently moved to the area and had some home improvements on our wish list. We installed a new countertop in the kitchen, flooring in the kitchen, window treatments and appliances. Everyone on the design team was great!

My wife and I bought a grill a little over a week ago. There was a salesman there by the name of Loius who greatly assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He greatly assisted us, and we ended up feeling great about the ourchase.
