Not going to lie I always loved this store! Today I went in for m5 flathead bolts and shelves. I went to the self check out I started to scan my bolts then the price changed from 1.25 to 2.75 the cashier was standing next to me I ask why they have different photo and price. She say not sure she checked the bolts and package then just walked away! Bolts price was 20 not end of the world then I scanned the shelves and hit pay. She say you need to scan the shelves and then looked at the screen and seen it was 190 then say oh expensive. I honestly feel like she was treating me like a thief. I got home and the bolts are all same just different packaging. So I pay for m6 bolts but got m5? I don’t know 🤷‍♀️

We were here 9/29/23 and Belinda was super duper kind and made sure that we entered ourselves for the sweepstakes.

Their inventory might say it's in stock, but don't bet on it (appliances).

Placed an order Large mix up with deliveries Called evening manager in real time Gentleman was on duty was: polite, spoke clearly & audibly, rectified the situation #3101 has shown numerous times that they care If something every gets mixed up, they really do stop and properly fix the situation Good to go 4/22/24 2200

This is a great store with friendly staff very helpful great inventory. Very bizzy at times

I ordered a a large item at this store. I had to pay with a check. The associate Jose, was extremely patient and friendly. The transaction turned out to be difficult but Jose was undeterred and successfully completed the whole transaction. I'm very thankful for his professionalism.

We went to the flooring area and requested help. Someone friendly got us a guy to help. He proceeded to not be able to operate the carpet cutter, overcharged us by over a yard for what we requested so it was super expensive, we asked for the cheaper of the two options of what we were getting. He cut the most expensive and we didn’t know until he went to total it. He couldn’t operate the cutter without my partners help and then if we would have payed attention he over cut it. This led to double what we were going to spend. When we got home it was so wide we had to recut it.

Home Depot is seriously the best. Online, the product i was looking for said "unavailable for pickup or delivery". I called the store, and they were able to order it and get it in for me within the week!

We would like to thank Wes in flooring for helping us with all our order, needs and questions. He was very patient with us and did a great job ordering our flooring. Thanks again to Wes.

If you’re looking for new appliances, go to the Billings Home Depot and take advantage of their great sale right one! And ask for Ahmed, who did an amazing job working with us to get everything we needed, so patient and kind, and getting us an amazing deal! We’ll be returning to this store as we finish our build!

Cashier helper accused me of stealing. I had asked for a foot of wire and floor help cut it and filled out ticket. It was more that 12", made a scene in measuring it. Added .50 cents. She didn't care that I had nothing to do with length. I left angry and offended.

I noted that on an early Sunday morning a lot of people aren’t up for the work yet, still potentially trying to wake up and get the day started Not Jose, he was on his game and most importantly with a friendly positive attitude, answers to all my questions and made this a great experience for me and others around him!

I have converted all my battery powered hand tools to RYOBI tools. these tooles do everything I need and are a good price

Last time I visited the service was not good, just not friendly and made me feel like an idiot for asking questions, this time I received great service and friendly people. Thanks Ron for fixing that

I was ready to buy a lawn tractor for over 5K, but the employee knew nothing about it; delivery was tied to one day of the week, they don't service the equipment, could not explain the warranty options - I heard I don't know five times, would not honor the military discount which the manager could not explain why other than sometimes at this store it doesn't take everything - an absolute worst experience I have had here and I use you faithfully - 5K consistent customers/vets are not your priority.

Allan is the most helpful and kind person who will make you feel like the most important person in the store. He will make sure that your shopping trip will be the best possible.

Every time I need something, it sure is nice to be helped in every dept by someone that actually understands one’s needs. I actually enjoy this store compared to the Bozeman store. It’s like employees actually enjoy their jobs here.

Don't go to home depot in the morning or you will have to check yourself out. Think it would be helpful to have checkers. They have three associates help a guy check out boards but can't open a register, I'll go elsewhere

I have gone into this store multiple this past month and every time I am greeted by employees or asked if I need assistance but not in an overwhelming matter like most retail experiences.

We had a wonderful customer service day at the Billings Home Depot on Feb. 5, 2023. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We were truly impressed with our help.

Western Red Cedar pickets are great. I will be buying these from this store from now on. The 2x4's are also good quality however, they need to have them more readily available.
