Mrs. Lacey in appliances hands down went above and beyond. Its because of her I go here for my major appliances. Exceptional customer service.

The store is great. Wish there was one closer to where we live in North Carolina. I do shop on line often and like that service. This store is convenient when I am working in that area.

I recently visited stores all over North Georgia looking for a chest freezer the Blairsville store Home Depot went out of its way to help me! My wife and I are very thankful your competitors could learn a thing or two from your associates!

This Home Depot has excellent customer service and is usually very well stocked. I have found the associates to be very helpful. I probably visit two to three times a week to shop. I like the Home Depot website. I use it while in the store to help me locate the item. It will tell you the specific aisle and bin where the item is. Sometimes I will go to the website before I go and have the specific location of the item. It really cuts down on my time spent shopping and allows me to get back to my project.

If you want to buy something "off the shelf" then this Home Depot is fine. Would I recommend this store, NOT of you're gonna order something and make plans for its delivery!!! BUT, if you want or need something to be delivered/installed DO NOT BELIEVE the date they give you! I ordered a dryer on a Thursday and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday. Then on SATURDAY I received an "automated" phone call telling me that it wouldn't be delivered until the FOLLOWING Tuesday, a week later!!! This is the SECOND time that this Home Depot has stated when a job would be delivered and installed and it changes. (Gets pushed out/delayed) Last time was carpet and the delivery/install date changed by 6 WEEKS!!!!!!! I went to a local competitor store 1st and then this HD and this HD stated they would deliver on Tuesday which was 2 days earlier than the local competitor store could deliver on the EXACT SAME item (clothes dryer). THAT was my deciding factor for using this HD. Now I have to go an ADDITIONAL week MORE with NO clothes dryer!!! DO NOT BELIEVE OR TRUST THIS HOME DEPOT FOR DELIVERY DATES STATED!!!!! Buyer Beware! I will be going back to them for IN STORE items only!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!

Marsha was the best! She was pleasant and helpful; patient explaining things I needed help with. Marsha is definitely an asset to Home Depot!

Rude employee.

Store employees are generally rude, and focused on tasks and talking to each other. If you know what you need, where it's located and plan to use self checkout, it's okay, not recommended for anyone that might have a simple question or need any help at all.

The store is well stocked and very clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I shop there often and have found beautiful flowers, a dryer, and products that I needed.

I encountered two different employees and both were knowledgeable and professional.

Generally speaking, my experience was a positive one. There were some disappointments, but my submitted review while not derogatory was rejected. I would recommend shopping here despite my recent experience.

Surly employees, employees that pretend that they don't see you. Clerks that re-charge you for items that you notified them were brought in for paint color match. No employee wore a face mask for their customers' protection, no cart cleaning, no social distancing. Inventories that don't make their on-line information (way off) not just one or two. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this was a terrible experience and the manager needs to be aware of customers' feelings. The only bright spot was after I had to turn around and drive back to the store when I noticed the $40.64 overcharge was a young man Christian that offered to help me when everyone at customer service was pretending I wasn't there.

Some helpful staff, but the bad ones overwhelmed the experience and turned us off of this Home Depot!!

Well maintained especially through this pandemic social distancing. Beautiful garden center with friendly, helpful employees.

This store is a boil on the butt of Home Depot! May possibly be the worst H-D store ever.

During this Covid time, shopping Home Depot early in the day allows us to comfortably, without anxiety, shop for necessary items and supplies. Employees wear face coverings and respecting customers' space, are available for questions. Store is marked for safe distancing to make checkout less anxious. We drive 20 minutes from home to choose shopping at a Home Depot over other supply stores.

Shop very frequently and store employees are always courteous and helpful. Very knowledgeable as well.

Tom sales associate told me someone else could help me an he was doing nothing. Looked again an he was helping a man. Looked for another associate Alex which he was very apologetic an helpful with my needs an situation. Ask for manager an got Wes Asst. Mgr an he said I will talk to Tom since I dont the situation. Which i had just explained an got no apology so I told him I didnt like his attitude either an that I would do my complaints on line an he said you do that. It's all about customer service an I know people are stressed during these times but we still need to be polite with each other. Its all about customer service an I did not receive it today. Employees need further training especially the Asst Mgr.

This store is conveniently located and stocks the products that are normally needed; however, self-checkout should be an option NOT a mandatory means to purchase. PLEASE consider opening an employee at a register.

The employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. My purchase came as scheduled with all needed parts included. I am very happy with Home Depot.

Paint dept is VERY helpful, associates very helpful and friendly

I visit many other Home Depot Locations and by far this location is The BEST - The employees are always friendly willing to HELP -find something/think a project through/make alternative suggestions. The store is always clean-neat-organized-No disrespect but other HD locations that I visit in South Florida your lucky to get an employee to even talk to you

We are always very pleased that the associates are very friendly and helpful. One time awhile ago and associate offered to bring in a pole we needed (to borrow it) because the ones you had were not long enough. Above and beyond expected. Thanks!
